What is Paying4?

Paying4 is a service provided by 4 Alliance Ltd. that facilitates secure payments for goods
and services from small and medium local businesses. This service was developed as a way
to help businesses take online or remote payments without relying on expensive high &
commission-based third-party apps like Uber, Just Eat or Deliveroo who can charge up to
35% of an order’s value in commission.
What payment methods can my customers use?

Your customers can choose from card payments (via Stripe), PayPal payments, and
bank-to-bank payments.
How are refunds handled?

Refunds must be requested by you via your merchant account dashboard or by
contacting help@paying4.com. Once a refund is approved, we will process it.
Non-refundable transaction fees will apply as detailed in our policy
How are funds settled?

Payouts are made to your linked bank account within the designated payout timeframe.
Please note that delays may occur due to third-party provider processes.
What are the terms regarding account termination?

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms and
Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or generate excessive disputes or chargebacks.
How do I set up my merchant account?

To get started, register on our website with your business details. Once your account is
verified, you can start processing payments securely.
What fees will be charged on transactions?

- Card Payments (Stripe): 2.5% + £0.30 per transaction
- PayPal Payments: 3.5% + £0.30 per transaction
- Bank-to-Bank Payments: £0.50 per transaction
For refunds, note that a non-refundable fee of £0.30 (card/PayPal) or £0.25 (bank-to-bank)
applies per transaction.
What happens if a customer disputes a payment or requests a chargeback?

You will be informed if there are any transaction disputes and chargebacks. Any fees
incurred by Stripe, PayPal, or banks will be deducted from your balance, and excessive
disputes may lead to account suspension.
What security measures are in place?

All merchant accounts are secured with password protection and our website uses
HTTPS encryption. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
